Rebonded Foam Block
We manufacture rebonded foam with densities ranging from 60 DNST to 200 DNST. For production, we utilize granulated recycled materials derived from polyester foam offcuts, which are processed from non-intentional waste pieces.
Barrier Rebonded
A barrier layer is integrated between rebonded foam sheets to enhance their insulation properties. This process improves the material's ability to reduce sound transmission and thermal conductivity, making it more effective for acoustic and thermal insulation applications. The addition of the barrier increases overall performance by minimizing noise penetration and heat transfer, ensuring better efficiency in various insulation systems.
Sport Mat
Rebonded foam is used as a core material in the production of sports mats, including those for gymnastics, judo, wrestling and other disciplines. This high-density recycled foam provides excellent shock absorption, durability, and resilience, making it ideal for impact protection in athletic environments. Upon customer request, the mats can be supplied with a covering.
Robended Lines
Rebonded foam blocks are custom cut to your needs in thicknesses starting from 4mm to meet the specific demands of various industrial applications. These blocks can be cut both vertically and horizontally with precision, ensuring compatibility with different manufacturing processes. Additionally, cross-cutting techniques can be applied to achieve specific structural and dimensional requirements, enhancing the material’s adaptability for specialized uses. The flexibility in cutting methods allows for customization in shape and size, making rebonded foam suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
