Rebonded foam is a sustainable and environmentally friendly type of polyurethane foam made by recycling and reprocessing foam scraps and offcuts.In this process they are bonded with foam remainder reduced to flakes with a binding system on a polyurethane basis under pressure. In this way, sports mats and sports flooring, sound and heat isolation, packaging or upholstery for the furniture industry can be made.
(60 to 200 Density). We use unintentional waste parts consisting of polyurethane foam by turning them into granules.
Products are packaged carefully and regularly to prevent damage to your products during transportation.
Starting from 4 mm, straight-horizontal-diagonal cuts or special cuts are made according to needs.
